About The Role
Are you ready to lead a fast-growing, high-impact team in a company that’s scaling at double-digit million ARR. As our Senior Director of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Enterprise business. Reporting directly to our Co-founder & COO, this is your chance to build, mentor, and elevate a team of high-performing Account Executives and Account Managers.

What You Will Do
- Lead a Growing Team: You’ll manage and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers (currently 8 and expanding), focusing on growing top-line revenue through scalable, repeatable processes. Your leadership will ensure consistent new business wins and drive revenue expansion.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Be a trusted leader and partner across GTM teams—collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams. You'll need to navigate the complexities of a fast-growing, multi-product environment with creativity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strategic Deal Coaching: Stay hands-on with your team. Jump into client calls and guide them in building and closing strategic deals. You know what it takes to win and can lead by example throughout the sales cycle.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Build structured systems for managing the sales funnel, and develop data-driven metrics to ensure the team hits its targets. Provide accurate forecasts and ensure the process runs like clockwork.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of software sales experience, with 5+ years in team management.
- Experience selling marketing tech or sales tech software to marketing leaders.
- Track record of overachieving on team quotas and revenue goals.
- Experience closing new logo enterprise deals (up to $500K ARR) with organizations of 2,000+ employees.
- Ability to build and grow data-driven account management processes and drive revenue expansion within an existing customer base.
